Treating herself to some retail therapy, Whitney Port was spotted shopping in the West Village of New York City yesterday (February 18).
Joined by gal pal Roxy Olin, the “City” stars stopped into several boutiques while sporting a winter coat and hat and carrying a massive handbag.
