Joe Francis Ordered To Pay Jayde Nicole $30K

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has been ordered to pay thousands of dollars in legal fees incurred by Jayde Nicole, the Playboy hottie he attacked at a West Hollywood nightclub last summer, Radar Online has exclusively learned.

As Radar Online has previously reported, Francis was caught on security video pulling Nicole's hair at Guys and Dolls nightclub last August after Nicole spilled a drink on him. The attack was so violent, Nicole fell to the ground.

Following the incident, Nicole filed a million dollar lawsuit against Francis; he then counter-sued her as well.

Tuesday morning, a judge in Los Angeles ruled that Francis must pay Nicole almost $30,000 in legal fees she has incurred.

Nicole's powerhouse attorney, Ronald Richards, tells RadarOnline.com exclusively, "Today Joe Francis will owe Jayde Nicole a minimum of at least $31,000 pending a final ruling in attorneys' fees for filing a cross complaint that infringed upon her free speech rights. He never appealed the dismissal by the court, and that judgment is final. He won't be able to spin that any other way."

No charges were ever filed against Francis for the incident in which Nicole suffered a black eye, swollen face, among other injuries she claimed in her lawsuit against Francis.

Nicole's civil lawsuit against Francis is scheduled to go to trial this December.

Jayde Nicole Wins Battle With Joe Francis

'Girls Gone Wild' founder Joe Francis has found himself on the losing end of yet another legal battle. According to TMZ, a judge has thrown out part of Francis' lawsuit against Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole.

In August of 2009, the "filmmaker" allegedly assaulted Playmate Jayde Nicole at L.A.'s Guys & Dolls nightclub after the model poured her drink on him. Both Francis and Nicole filed lawsuits against each other alleging assault and battery, but Francis, who is no stranger to the legal system, decided to throw a few more charges in against Nicole.

Following Nicole's report to TMZ alleging that Francis punched and kicked her during the altercation, Francis filed another suit against the Playmate for defamation. The judge presiding over the case threw out Francis' suit, claiming that he had not provided sufficient proof that Nicole had intentionally maligned Francis' squeaky clean name and reputation.

Brody: Keeping In Touch With The Kardashians

Fresh off a split from girlfriend, Jayde, Brody Jenner seems to have reconnected with his step-siblings - The Kardasians.

The feud between Brody and Joe Francis seemed to have split the family into Team Jenner and Team Francis with most of the family siding with Joe. There was also rumors floating around that The Kardasians didn't get along with Jayde.

However, now that the Jenner/Francis drama has died down and Brody and Jayde are no longer an item, they all seem to be coming together. They spent the holidays together, and today Brody was palling around with Kim's boyfriend, Reggie Bush.

Joe Francis: Suing Jayde Nicole & Brody Jenner

Just when we thought he couldn’t get any stranger, Joe Francis has filed a lawsuit against Brody Jenner and his girlfriend Jayde Nicole, claiming Jenner assaulted him and Jayde threatened to kill him.

The allegations stem from a fight that took place in August at Guys and Dolls nightclub during which Francis says he feared for his life.

Joe asserts that he was “startled and shocked” when he innocently walked through the crowd at the bar and was suddenly struck on the head by Jayde, who subsequently threw a drink on him and yelled, “I’m going to kill you.”

After Francis grabbed Miss Nicole’s hair “in self defense,” Jenner proceeded to attack him “in a jealous rage.” Joe is suing them both for battery, assault, slander, libel, and negligence.

Joe Francis Case Formally Presented To D.A.'s Office

The investigation into Joe Francis’ vicious attack against Jayde Nicole has been formally presented to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Francis has been accused of attacking the Hills beauty at Hollywood’s Guys And Dolls club on August 28th. The attack was caught on video surveillance tape that was exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.

The case was turned over Tuesday morning by the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department, sources in the D.A.'s office tell RadarOnline.com

It's now up to prosecutors to determine if Francis will face any charges. Francis could be charged with either felony or misdemeanor charges, or the case could be rejected all together. The case is now in the hands of Los Angeles County D.A. and out of the Beverly Hills courthouse.

Jayde Nicole’s attorney Ron Richards told RadarOnline.com, “I am confident that the DA will see that beating that occurred while Mr. Francis was out on bail and bring justice to Ms. Nicole.”

Brody Jenner Has Anger Management Issues?

As of late, there have been reports of a Kardashian/Jenner feud.

"Khloe, Kourtney and Kim have really been distancing themselves from Brody because of his girlfriend, Jayde [Nicole]," the insider says. "After her bar fight with their friend Joe Francis, they realized she's bad news, but they can't get Brody to see it."

And the snitch says Brody's attitude isn't helping matters.

Jayde Confirms Brody's Feud With Stepsisters

The Hills Season Premiere Recap: 'It's On, Bitch!'

The Saga Continues: Jayde Nicole Sues Francis

Jayde Nicole filed a lawsuit earlier today against Joe Francis, alleging assault and battery!! She claims,

"In an intoxicated and uncontrollable rage, defendant Francis, who weighs over 200 lbs, physically attacked plaintiff Nicole, approximately 115 lbs, by pulling on her hair from behind to gain maximum control over her person and then violently shoving and/or throwing her to the ground of the nightclub like a rag-doll."

She's asking for $1 million dollars!!

In response to her lawsuit, Joe Francis had this to say,

"Jayde Nicole is an absolute and total liar. Her prior statements about the incident are not only slanderous and defamatory, but actionable. It is so interesting that Jayde Nicole would hire the same attorney (Ron Richards) who represented the double murderer who kidnapped me from my Bel Air mansion at gunpoint in 2004, for which he is now serving 11 years. The only thing that Jayde Nicole is famous for is having a tattoo of the word "respect" above her vagina... for which we all know she has none of... Jayde have you seen a picture of me lately? Video Surveillance Backs Up Joe Francis

The epic nightclub melee from last week that pit Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole against Girls Gone Wild sleaze ball Joe Francis was caught on surveillance video.

Jayde claims she threw a drink in Francis' face, only to have him kick and punch her. Joe says after the drink incident, he grabbed her hair but that was it.

According to sources, Francis may be in the right. The video at Guys and Dolls in West Hollywood shows Jayde Nicole throwing a drink in Francis' face, and then Joe grabbing her hair as he turned around.

Jayde falls to the ground but Francis never appears to lay another hand on her, although she was trampled in the ensuing melee that broke out.

The fight is said to have started because Joe was hitting on his ex, Abbey Wilson, too aggressively for her friend Jayde's taste. Jayde stepped in.

Accounts of what happened after that differ, but all parties were ejected from the club, Brody Jenner punched Francis in the face and was tasered. The case remains under investigation.

Abbey Wilson Calls 911 on Joe Francis

In case you haven't heard, a bar fight went down 10 days ago after Joe Francis was harassing his ex, Abbey Wilson when Jayde threw a drink on him and all hell broke loose. Now it looks like a 911 call could help determine who's lying and who's telling the truth in the melee between Jayde Nicole, Brody Jenner and Joe Francis.

Apparently at 8 p.m. the night after the fight, Abbey Wilson called 911, claiming that Joe Francis had sent over people to clean out her home. Francis says an assistant did indeed pay a visit to Wilson, along with three other dudes with a moving truck, and took furniture and other stuff away.

LAPD officers arrived and no arrests were made or charges filed, and they eventually allowed Francis' people to continue hauling away property.

Francis says he was frustrated Abbey Wilson was "lying" about what went down. A few hours before the movers arrived, Francis sent her a text "laying out what happened" (coaching a witness, according to how some look at it).

Francis was pissed, because while he was dating Wilson he says he gave her a small fortune in material possessions, including the house she was living in. Joe says if she was going to lie out of spite, he wasn't going to let Abbey keep those gifts. But would backing up Jayde Nicole and her story even be a lie?

Wilson feels Francis wanted her to lie about what happened because Francis could go back to jail if officials feel he violated the terms of his early release. She claims she refused to lie, and that's when Francis retaliated by sending "the guys" over.

Brody & Jayde: How They're Doing Post-Fight

Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole aren't about to let last week's fight with Joe Francis get the best of them.

"I saw both of them yesterday," their Hills co-star Lo Bosworth told us this morning. "They're both doing OK. They love each other so much, and the support of each other is going to get them through this."

She added, "They're taking it one day at a time. I really think everything's going to work out."

But we won't be reliving the Francis feud on any upcoming episodes of MTV's pseudo-reality soap...

"If we had been filming that night, then maybe we would show some of it on The Hills, but at this point, there's too much legal stuff attached to it, so it's not right for the show," Lo explained.

But Lo assures us that Joe Francis dramz aside, the upcoming season will be anything but tame because of the ongoing battle between Team Kristin and Team Audrina.

"I find myself kind of acting as a mediator between two different groups of people," Lo said. "I've known Kristin for years and she's my friend. And then I have [Steph and Audrina] who are like, 'Who is this girl? Why is she here?'"

Audrina's Solution To The Jenner/Francis Fight

Audrina Patridge has a solution for the whole Brody Jenner/Joe Francis feud that's been brewing since late last week: Tase them all, and let God sort them out later.

The soon-to-be-former Hills brunette recently was asked who she would prefer to shoot with a taser, Brody or Francis (a reference to the fact that Jenner was actually tasered on the night of the fracas).

"Both!" Patridge shot back. "I don't know, just both of them!"

OK, then. So who would first experience the wrath of Audrina's trigger finger?

"I think I'd get them together and get 'em at the same time," Patridge offered.

Jayde Nicole's Rep Releases Statement

Joe Francis claims he was sucker punched. But Jayde Nicole insists it's Francis who prefers to take the cheap shots.

"Jayde Nicole was the victim of a violent assault when she was attacked from behind, thrown down to the ground by her hair and beaten in the face and body in front of multiple witnesses by a person identified as Joe Francis," her rep, Jerry Shandrew, said in a statement Monday.

Shandrew says that Nicole will not be talking too much while authorities investigate the rumble that occureed early Friday between Francis, Nicole and her boyfriend, Brody Jenner, outside a Hollywood club. Instead, they'd rather the police be the ones making all the noise.

Noting that Nicole filed a police report immediately afterward and has been cooperating with the cops, Shandrew added, "Because of the ongoing criminal investigation of Mr. Francis, it will be inappropriate to comment further at this time out of respect for the law enforcement process."

Of course, Nicole's version of the story couldn't be any different from Francis', as he has admitted to maybe a bit of hair pulling and denied everything else. Francis maintains Nicole poured a drink on him inside Guys and Dolls that night, and, in turning around, he may have grabbed her hair. He also insists that video will back up his story.

He told E! News Friday that, after security had helped him get outside, it was an unprovoked Jenner who hit him in the face. "He coldcocked me," Francis said. He threatened legal action against Jenner afterward for accusing him via Twitter of beating on Nicole.

But Nicole's rep also says there is photographic and video evidence of Francis attacking her, not to mention hospital records of her injuries.

"It is the hope of those who love and care about Jayde that Mr. Francis will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law," Shandrew said.

Los Angeles Sheriff's Lt. LaJuana Haselrig confirmed to E! News Friday that a report had been filed and the incident was under investigation. "Nothing can be determined until the investigators get the report and can review it," she said. "Right now we only have bits and pieces of it."

A U.S. Attorney's Office rep said it was too soon to tell whether the incident could land Francis back in jail while he awaits the Oct. 14 start of his trial on federal tax-evasion charges.

In conclusion I'd like to take the time out to say that I personally think that alcohol is the culprit. If alcohol hadn't been involved that night, I highly doubt there would have been a confrontation of any kind, let alone a violent one. Instead of trying to be bad asses try and have fun!

Joe Francis' Ex Tells All About Thursday's Fight

Abbey Wilson, the model at the center of the alleged nightclub fight between Joe Francis and Jayde Nicole, gave Radar Online her account of what happened.

“Brody, Jayde and myself, had a separate table inside the club and Joe was sat at his own private one away from us too," she said of the beginning of the evening. “At first he approached our table and there was a history of ‘bad blood’ between him and Brody so we asked security to tell him to leave us alone."

“Later in the evening I was standing at the bar alongside Jayde and Brody when Joe Francis approached me and pushed his body toward me and forcefully made me kiss him on the face."

“As I tried to get away from him Jayde intervened and (Francis) grabbed her hair and she fell backwards. I’m not sure if a drink was poured over him though. The next thing a whole bunch of people surrounded us and I couldn’t see any actual physical attacks."

“In the time I was with Joe he was never violent towards me but I had never seen him act in this way before... he did not act in a calm or rational fashion,“ she continued. "Joe texted me yesterday saying that I was banned from various clubs and restaurants in town but I at this point just want him to leave me alone."

After the incident Wilson answered a few questions for police.

Playboy Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole is on the mend. The Canadian beauty, who claims to have been involved in a physical altercation with Girls Gone Wild kingpin Joe Francis at West Hollywood, California nightspot last Thursday, left a series of messages on her Twitter page over the weekend detailing her recovery.

On Saturday, the 23-year-old wrote: "Sorry for not twittering lately.. it has been a crazy couple of days. Watching football at home with the boy...resting and trying to recover." Nicole even included a link to RadarOnline.com story regarding the incident!

On Sunday, she wrote: "layin in bed with ice everywhere. Thankfully I have the best boyfriend ever to take care of me and GoYin to help heal!!," followed by: "Just ordered my groceries with Yummy.com, they deliver 2 u when u can't go get them your self. Doesn't have EVERYTHING but it's pretty good."

Later that night, she was captivated by the boob tube, where she asked her Twitter followers, "I am watching True Blood.. what do you guys think of this show?"

Jayde Nicole: Victim or Drama Queen?

He may be guilty of entertaining us with topless girls on Spring Break but the more we hear about Thursday night's supposed altercation at Guys and Dolls between Joe Francis and Brody Jenner's girlfriend, the more we are starting to believe that Mr. Francis is 100% innocent!

A very reliable source who was inside the club that night tells X17online exclusively:

"Jayde's story is totally false. Joe went up to a mutual friend (Abbey Wilson - I am assuming - who Francis used to date - pictured below) to say hello and Jayde freaked out for some reason (most likely because Brody Jenner's BFF, Taylor Mosher aka Sleezy T, is in the beginning stages of a relationship with Abbey) and threw a drink in Joe's face. He was blinded by the alcohol in his eyes and turned around to see who had thrown the drink. Literally, his pinky finger got caught in Jayde's hair and she turned it into 'Joe pulling her hair, knocking her to the ground, and kicking her.' She is an absolute drama queen and should probably lay off the liquor when she goes out at night."

Dayum! But seriously, guys.. if you've ever watched The Hills, you know Jayde's a drama queen when it comes to being possesive of Brody and apparently she's the same with her girlfriends (which by the way, Abbey may or may not have been her friend before she started dating Mosher, this was probably more or her standing up for him - maybe wanting to be some sort of hero for throwing a drink at her ex..??).

Joe Francis: I Would Never Hit A Woman

"This was an unprovoked attack. The security-camera footage pretty much confirms my account of the events entirely. I was talking with a friend of mine. I got punched in the back and then all of a sudden, (Nicole) poured a drink, and then a glass hits me in the head... I wanted to turn her head around. I grabbed her hair, and the next thing I know, my shirt's being ripped. I'm punched in the face. I go into the submissive ball until the whole thing gets settled down." Francis says.

According to Francis, both men were escorted from the club when he suddenly found himself knocked out: "(Suddenly) I was on the ground, so I don't remember the punch, but (Brody) punched me. By the time I came to, I was being helped up and (club security) were chasing Brody around the parking lot. And they Tased him to bring him down to the ground... and then three guys jump on him, and then I sped away. It's all captured on video."

The 36 year old is so furious over the recent attack, he's considering taking legal action: "I have some injuries. I'm considering all options right now. My jaw is swollen. I have cuts and bruises all over my body. I'm pretty angry." He also insisted it isn't the first time he has clashed with Jenner: "This is the second time this guy has attacked me. He attacked me once before in a nightclub. It was in March of this year."

"This kid runs around Hollywood. His whole thing is to try and be famous. I would never hit a girl in my life, and the footage proves that."

Confirmed: Joe Francis Hit Jayde Nicole

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis as been banned from celebrity hotspot Guys And Dolls after he beat up Brody Jenner’s Playboy Playmate girlfriend Jayde Nicole.

“I witnessed the whole incident and I can confirm that it did take place," Guys And Dolls Manager Chris Kasteler told RadarOnline.com. “Joe Francis will probably not be allowed in here again but I can’t comment on anybody else involved.”

Eyewitnesses at the club claim that Francis went berserk and punched the model in the face, kicking her after she threw a drink on him because he was pestering one of her friends. Watch the video of Jayde, post-attack.

Jenner then tried to intervene but the club’s security ejected both men from the club and the altercation carried-on outside.

On Friday, Francis did not show-up at the Santa Monica office of his company Mantra Films. The incident occurred in the early morning hours.

According to a reliable source, Jayde Nicole's drama-inducing tendencies may have caused last night's incident involving her man, Brody Jenner, and Joe Francis!
