Lindsay Lohan Visits Ex GF On Thanksgiving

Lindsay Lohan spent part of her Thanksgiving working out at a local gym -- and TMZ has learned Lindsay didn't just spend the day with daddy ... she also saw ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Lindsay got in a little light workout at a not-so-private gym in Los Angeles early Thanksgiving morning. According to our sources, Lindsay went on to break bread with a few friends -- including SamRo -- at her apartment in West Hollywood.

We're told Michael Lohan showed up at Lindsay's place around 5:30 PM and then Lindsay had to head back to her sober living facility.

Lindsay had originally wanted to spend the holiday back in NY with Dina and the fam, but Betty Ford denied the request.

Lindsay Lohan Can't Go Home For The Holidays

Looks like this Thanksgiving is shaping up to be a turkey for Lindsay Lohan. The currently rehabbing actress is being forced to spend the holiday in treatment instead of with her family on Long Island.

"As of now she's not coming home," a family source exclusively tells E! News. "She's not allowed to. But Dina's still trying to get her home."

How's that going?

So far, no dice.

Lindsay has been awarded day passes away from her Betty Ford-supervised home in Rancho Mirage for good behavior, visiting her West Hollywood condo and doing a photo shoot for a clothing line. She's even made amends with her father, Michael, who has been paying visits to her. But it is unlikely she will be spending the holiday with him, either, according to the source.

Per a court order, Lohan must remain in treatment until Jan. 3, and is not permitted to leave the state without permission from the judge.

Lindsay Lohan -- Daddy Benz Over Backwards

Lindsay Lohan's dad went above and beyond to celebrate his daughter's new driving privileges -- in fact, TMZ has learned, Michael Lohan gave her his own Mercedes Benz to drive around in.

As we first reported, the L.A. County Probation Department and officials at the Betty Ford clinic restored Lindsay's driving privileges Monday morning -- and to make it clear he trusts her, we're told MiLo donated his own set of expensive wheels to the cause.

According to sources, Michael dropped the convertible off Monday night at Lindsay's sober living facility -- and Lindsay is free to drive it as she pleases.

Guess that means she'll be picking up the groceries for Thanksgiving.

Lindsay & Michael Lohan's Emotional Reunion

Lindsay Lohan reunited with her estranged father Michael on Sunday when the two took a trip to a local Palm Desert, California shopping center.

“Michael and Lindsay were at the mall for quite a while, but spent most of their time in a jewelry store,” an eyewitness told Radar Online.

Michael dropped Lindsay off at the Betty Ford Center and returned to the store. “He purchased something Lindsay had her eye on and seemed overjoyed by their reunion,” they said.

“She appeared genuinely happy to be spending time with her father,” the source said.

After completing roughly five weeks of rehab at Betty Ford, Lindsay will undergo therapy with Michael, in an attempt to get to the bottom of the bad feelings she has toward her father, Radar Online has learned exclusively.

"Michael is prepared to do anything to get it right this time," said another source.
