Stephanie Pratt Talks Lady Gaga's Meat Dress

You say old news, we say the meat dress that keeps on giving.

Hit or miss, it was one of the biggest fashion moments of the year. So we couldn't pass up the opportunity to ask PETA supporter - Stephanie Pratt - what she thought about Lady Gaga's butcher-shop couture.

"In this day and age there's so many publicity stunts with celebrities. They need to do that kind of stuff."

The reality star seemed more turned off by Gaga's crazy fashion sense than the fact that she was all dolled up in cow.

"I actually left before she came out in that," Steph fessed. "But I would never wear that. Not only because it's meat carcasses but it wasn't my favorite. She should give [all the meat] to homeless people."

Hills Star Whitney Port Gets A Fashion Shoutout!

Whitney Port's always known how to work it on the red carpet and people in the industry are starting to take notice. Last week, Us Weekly named her one of its 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers, and the City star celebrated Wednesday night at NYC's Avenue, along with fellow honorees Emmy Rossum, Ivanka Trump, Alicia Keys, Martha Stewart and Vera Wang.

Still in New York following her VMA visit, Stephanie Pratt was spotted out in Soho enjoying a smoke and some lunch with a friend.

Lauren Conrad: Home, Sweet Home

Following a busy stay in the Big Apple, Lauren Conrad was spotted making a cheerful arrival back home in Los Angeles via LAX Airport on Friday afternoon (September 18).

Accompanied by her assistant, the former Hills hottie toted an iced green tea latte as she navigated her way through the airport madness and out to an awaiting car.

During her stay in NYC, Lauren took part in the Mercedes Benz fashion week happenings, hit up the MTV VMAs and finished up the trip with an appearance at the VH1 Divas show the previous night.

Meanwhile, Miss Conrad is also looking forward to the release of her budget fashion line for Kohl’s that will debut on October 1 nationwide.

Telling about her low-cost line, LC tells that the line is “a little more casual...trying to take that California style and make it accessible everywhere.”

Earlier this week, we pitted Lauren Conrad against Whitney Port in a VMA fashion face-off after the glamorous twosome hit the annual MTV VMAs. Now the former co-stars have come together again at the 2009 VH1 Divas special at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in NYC.

The former Reality TV queen looked to be having a marvelous time as she worked it for the camera along with a few “gal pal” models.

Over the weekend, Miss Conrad made quite a showing at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards in a super-sexy black and white dress as she arrived at Radio City Music Hall.

And proving that BFFs tend to think alike, LC’s old pals Stephanie Pratt, Lauren ‘Lo’ Bosworth, and Kristin Cavallari all sported similar looks.

VMAs: Pix, Clips & Full Fashion Recap

The VMAs always bring out the biggest stars, and last night the Hills cast were there in droves, with everyone -- except Spencer, Heidi, and Audrina -- getting in on the Radio City action.

And with everyone from Lauren Conrad to Stacie Hall on hand to witness Kanye's mic-snatching move with Taylor Swift, the pre-show action was almost as sweet as Russell Brand's one-liners.

So what'd the Hills gals do (besides show off their most amazing red carpet looks)? Lauren Conrad chilled with Lo Bosworth backstage while her old pal Kristin Cavallari denied rumors that she scared Audrina away from her presenting duties.

VMA Fashion Face-Off: Kristin vs. Katy Perry

After MTV plucked Kristin Cavallari out of obscurity and plunked her down in the middle of its scripted reality smash, The Hills, you knew an appearance at the network's VMAs was a foregone conclusion. As was her looking great.

Wearing essentially the same dress as Katy Perry, though? A little risky!

As you can see, Kristin Cavallari and Katy Perry were both gorgeous in their matching metallic dresses at the fake awards gala in New York City Sunday.

For Perry, known for a wild sense of style almost up there with Lady Gaga, this was rather conservative - and surprising to be in the same one as KC.
