Frankie Delgado was in a great mood after the Mexico soccer and LA Laker wins on Thursday as he entered Voyeur. When asked it the Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag breakup was just an act they were trying to pull, Delgado responded, "Probably, I don't know."
