Paying a visit to an ex-fling, Jasmine Waltz was spotted arriving at Doug Reinhardt's Los Angeles home on Wednesday (October 13).

The small screen actress, who has been linked to David Arquette as of late, arrived at the former “Hills” star's home and was greeted by Doug with a hug and kiss as the paparazzi looked on.

Cassie Scerbo has decided to date Doug Reinhardt, the former star of The Hills and boyfriend of Lauren Conrad, Paris Hilton, Amanda Bynes and many, many others!

A few months after his split from Hilton, Doug's hot new blonde stars on ABC Family's Make It or Break It and is head over heels for the "respectful" Reinhardt.

"I've hung out with him every day since! He has a great family, and I just find him to be a really classy, great guy. He's very respectful," Cassie Scerbo gushed.

RUMOR ALERT: Are Kristin And Doug An Item?

Longtime friends and reality television alums Kristin Cavallari and Doug Reinhardt have crossed into new relationship territory and are now dating, Radar Online has learned exclusively. The two took their blossoming romance out on the town over the weekend.

On Saturday night, the two went to Voyeur nightclub in Hollywood.

“They were so cute, holding hands and smooching,” a clubgoer told Radar Online.

The two later took it up a notch: “At one point, they were actually making out.”

A source confirmed that Doug and Kristin, who grew up together, are now dating.

Back in April, they were spotted hanging out at the Coachella music festival shortly after he broke up with Paris Hilton. Shortly after, Kristin was quoted laughing off romance rumors saying: “I’ve known Doug since I was 15 years old. Yeah, I saw him there, but not like that.”

Making for quite the sight to be seen, Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt ended up at the same local hotspot in St Tropez on Friday night (July 23) during what was certainly a wild weekend, to say the least.

With the former "Simple Life" star joined by sister Nicky and a few friends, she ended up having a bit too much to drink as she flashed photographers while singing and dancing the night away at the VIP Room.

Meanwhile, Doug, who's rumored to have followed Paris to the Mediterranean locale in hopes of a reconciliation, didn't fare any better than the ladies.

'Laguna Beach' Alum Riding Cupcake Wave

Casey Reinhardt, a former cast member of “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County,” has joined the cupcake wave and has started a cupcake shop in Riverside, with plans to expand into Orange County.

On Friday, she celebrated her 24th birthday at the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, where Casey’s Cupcakes is located. The Mission Inn is owned by her stepfather and mother, Duane and Kelly Roberts of Laguna Beach.

About 300 people attended the party, she said, with Girl Scouts in attendance, free cupcakes for kids and others buying “Rockin’ Red Velvet” and other varieties for 25 percent off.

“So many people came and just supported the shop,” she said. “I’m thankful to the Riverside community.”

About her culinary skills, she said, “I’m a horrible cook, but I’m a great baker.”

This season, singer Ryan Cabrera isn't exactly shying away from starring opposite current girlfriend, Audrina Patridge. Casey & Doug Reinhardt's New Show On E!

Casey Reinhardt, the 23 year old actress formerly of  "Laguna Beach" will be teaming up with brother Doug again for a new reality show on E! They previously appeared together on “The Hills”.

Casey Reinhardt, born in Temecula California but raised in Laguna Beach, is also a model and charity spokesperson. She has appeared in many California beauty pageants, including Miss California Teen USA, Miss Orange County Teen USA, and the Hawaiian Tropic Teen Miss. She is also currently studying Public Relations and Pre-Law at Pepperdine University in Malibu.

The C.A.S.E.Y. Foundation – Children’s Alliance for the Success and Education of Youth in Need – promotes the importance of education and the role it has in success. In April 2006, Casey Reinhardt was the Honorary Youth Chair at the Black and White Ball for the Olive Crest Children’s Foundation.

Doug Reinhardt, older than Casey by only 8 months and 10 days, will produce the new show. He met “Hills” co-star Lauren Conrad growing up in Laguna Beach. He is reportedly engaged to be married to Paris Hilton.

According to the New York Post, Reinhardt’s agent Greg Weiss said, “Doug is producing the show, which will star his sister and her friends. But he and Paris will also make appearances.”

Making the most of their overseas travels, Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt were out strolling arround the Piazza San Marco in Venice on Saturday afternoon (September 5).

In town for the 66th Venice International Film Festival, the on-again couple doted on one another as they visited the local shops and enjoyed a romantic boat ride through the canals.

Talking to press about the getaway, Miss Hilton gushed, “We are having such a lovely time. Venice is such a beautiful city and the shopping is amazing.”

Getting Cast On The Hills Isn’t Easy But It Pays!

Doug Reinhardt, who recently reunited with Paris Hilton, and has the douchiest website ever, can’t seem to get himself back onto The Hills. According to the New York Post, Doug guest stars for free and just can’t seem to snag a contract.

Yes, yes, we’ve figured out by now that The Hills are alive with the sound of bulls**t. But how exactly does one get “cast” on this show? How do these contracts and payouts work? And who’s raking in the most? Read on.

According to the LA Times, former Bolthouse employee, and reality show roadkill, Elodie Otto, received a call from producers asking her to fill in a gap in the storyline by calling Heidi to tell her about a job opening at the company. Meanwhile, former People’s Revolution employee Jessica Trent was edited to look like a total idiot in front of the terrifying Kelly Cutrone. She wrote on her blog, “For some it probably gave them great pleasure to see me appear dimwitted or sad on the mocu-drama… For others with more developed minds, they’ll see crafty editing turning a real person into some faux dolt persona for the entertainment sake of the televised machine.”

Here is the salary breakdown for the cast of The Hills:

• Lauren Conrad was the highest paid star of The Hills, raking in a reported $1.4 million for the fourth season, which is about $75,000 per episode. According to In Touch Weekly, “The only reason LC gets paid more than anyone else is because she demanded in her original contract that no one could ever get paid more than her.” Good thinking, Lauren. • Now that Kristin Cavallari is taking over as queen bee, she’ll be making a reported $63,000 per episode. [Pop Crunch]
