Nicole Richie & Joel Madden's Wedding Details

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have put all their wedding plans in motion, and Radar Online has learned exclusively that the couple plan to marry in early December.

The former Simple Life star, 29, and her rocker fiancee, 31, are set to tie the knot before a star-studded guest list at the Beverly Hill home of Nicole's proud dad, music icon Lionel Richie.

"Christmas has always been about family and faith for Nicole and Joel, so there is not better time of the year for them to wed," an insider told Radar Online.

While the super-secret details of the couple's nuptials have not yet been released, Radar Online has learned that close pal Christina Aguilera and Lindsay Lohan's ex-lover Samantha Ronson are both planning to be in attendance.

The maid of honor will be Nicole's best friend, Masha Gordon, while the best man will be Joel's twin brother, Benji.

Nicole's daughter Harlow will serve as a flower girl.

Father Lionel will walk Nicole, the daughter he adopted, down the aisle, Radar Online is told.

The pair - who confirmed their engagement in February - have also engaged a top Hollywood event planner, the same woman behind the amazing nuptials of Khloe Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez and Aguilera.

Nicole and Joel are planning to invite about 75 family members and close friends to the garden wedding.

The lovebirds have been dating since late 2006 and have two children together - Harlow, 2, and one-year-old Sparrow.

Nicole Richie Closes Out Bachelorette Weekend

She’s always up for a good time, and Nicole Richie was spotted landing in Los Angeles yesterday (September 20) following a bachelorette party in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The “Simple Life” actress was joined by her celebrity lady friends Christina Aguilera and Samantha Ronson as she gathered her luggage and headed home.

Jason Wahler Arrested For Sixth Time

The Hills's Jason Wahler is facing almost certain jail time following a drunk driving arrest in Newport Beach, Calif., Friday evening.

Wahler, 23, was taken into custody at 10:54 p.m. for DUI while driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe, Newport Beach Sgt. Evan Sailor confirms to PEOPLE. He was released on his own recognizance hours later.

Last week, video surfaced online of Wahler being cuffed by Mexican police in Cabo San Lucas March 11 after he allegedly got into a fight at a nightclub.

This is at least the sixth drinking-related arrest for Wahler in recent years.

In a 2007 interview with PEOPLE, Wahler admits: "I did try drugs, but it was never my thing. It was alcohol, for sure. It would take me about 10 drinks before that other side came out. It's like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde."

Last year, Wahler, who once dated Lauren Conrad, saw his engagement to college tennis player Katja Decker-Sadowski called off.

Jason Wahler In Drunken Nightclub Fight, Again.

Jason Wahler, former Hills-star/ex-boyfriend of Lauren Conrad, got a serious dose of reality Thursday night -- because dude was cuffed and thrown into the back of a pickup truck in Mexico after he allegedly got into a fight at a nightclub.

Sources tell TMZ it all went down at the Pink Kitty night club in Cabo San Lucas -- where Wahler allegedly got into a scuffle with someone inside the bar.

We're told security escorted Wahler outside after the alleged fight -- where cops manhandled him and tossed him into the back of a pickup truck.

The local police told us they didn't have anybody named Jason Wahler in their jail ... and so far no comments from his rep or lawyer ... so ... if you we never see him again, we know why.

Audrina Patridge and Ryan Cabrera are a match made in MTV Reality TV heaven and the new lovebirds were basking in sunny Cabo yesterday. The two were first spotted earlier this week enjoying their romantic shirtless and bikini time in Mexico. 

The truth vs. The Hills versions of Audrina's love life are often confusing, but at least she knows he's comfortable in front of the cameras. Plus, with Valentine's Day around the corner, perhaps they'll be spending the love-ly day together.

Will Ryan Cabrera be a special musical guest on the next season of The Hills? Maybe if his new girlfriend Audrina Patridge can pull some strings!

In this exclusive photo, reality star Patridge, 24, and musician Cabrera, 27, held hands at the balmy Casa Dorada Los Cabos Resort and Spa in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on Monday.

Patridge celebrated New Year's at the posh resort, and took Cabrera back just three weeks later.

As reported in last week's issue of Us Weekly, the couple, who dated several years ago, rekindled things about three weeks ago. The were spotted getting cozy catching Rock of Ages on Broadway in NYC Jan. 17. "Ryan is a great guy," a pal says. "Audrina is having fun!"
