Lauren Conrad says she had trouble when she got famous, and recent reports on Robert Pattinson show he is coping with the same problems.
“The Hills” star says she couldn’t have survived being famous without her two best friends Lo Bosworth and Whitney Port. The girls helped Lauren cope with all the criticism she was receiving as well as helped her keep her spirits up.
“It got to the point where I was afraid to go online,” Conrad says. “I lived without cable or Internet for an entire year.”
This sounds eerily familiar to what “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson is expressing in news interviews nowadays.
Recently he told the Sun that he “locks himself up in hotel rooms and has lost contact with many of his friends.”
“It’s tough maintaining it when you don’t speak to anyone for over a year,” he told The Sun, but adds, “I am now trying to get back in touch with some friends through Skype.”
