Just when we thought he couldn’t get any stranger, Joe Francis has filed a lawsuit against Brody Jenner and his girlfriend Jayde Nicole, claiming Jenner assaulted him and Jayde threatened to kill him.The allegations stem from a fight that took place in August at Guys and Dolls nightclub during which Francis says he feared for his life.
Joe asserts that he was “startled and shocked” when he innocently walked through the crowd at the bar and was suddenly struck on the head by Jayde, who subsequently threw a drink on him and yelled, “I’m going to kill you.”
After Francis grabbed Miss Nicole’s hair “in self defense,” Jenner proceeded to attack him “in a jealous rage.” Joe is suing them both for battery, assault, slander, libel, and negligence.
