America's most famous reality couple, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag ("Speidi"), will be conducting a Ustream webchat on Tuesday 9/29 at 5 p.m. PST/8 p.m. PST/8 p.m. EST.They will be streaming live at The Hills Kick Off Party and fans will get a chance to ask them about their upcoming projects and plans for the future by submitting questions via Twitter and Facebook.
