Brent Bolthouse Splits From SBE

Brent Bolthouse, a pivotal figure behind many glitzy restaurants and nightlife hubs, has split from Sam Nazarian's SBE Entertainment Group.

Better known as "Heidi's boss" on The Hills, Bolthouse has contributed creative guidance to spots like Foxtail, Hyde, and Michael Mina's XIV. Also considered a promoter, Bolthouse brings publicity to his venues through his various celebrity ties (so no shocker that he was on The Hills).
