Heidi has been tweeting for the last couple of days about throwing a party for her "friend." Upon seeing this I of course called BS on the whole idea of her having a friend. But then, in the form of an Abbey Wilson tweet, came an explanation:

So her friend, Enzo, a 5-or-so year old, had a birthday party this afternoon that she helped plan. Glad to hear that she has a friend, I was starting to think their wasn't anyone left!
But then again, since Abbey was at the party, I assume it was some Hills-related event, so I'm sure Enzo is under some sort of contract.
